Dark Winds (season 4 on AMC, episodes released weekly) is based on the mystery novels by Tony Hillerman. The series follows tribal police lieutenant, Joe Leaphorn (Zahn McClarnon) and deputy, Jim Chee (Kowa Gordon) as they solve mysteries across Arizona and New Mexico in the 1970s’. Seasons 1-3 on Netflix.

Like Water For Chocolate (2nd and final season on HBO Max, weekly releases through March 22nd) adaptation of Laura Esquivel’s novel

The Count of Monte Cristo (March 1, PBS Masterpiece) Cast includes: Sam Claflin, Jeremy Irons, Ana Girardot, Blake Ritson. Project Hail Mary (PG-13 2026 ‧ Sci-fi/Adventure in theaters on March 20th), Science teacher Ryland Grace wakes up on a spaceship with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. As his memory slowly returns, he soon discovers he must solve the riddle behind a mysterious substance that’s causing the sun to die out. As details of the mission unravel, he calls on his scientific training and sheer ingenuity — but he may not have to do it alone. Book by Andy Weir. Weir was also behind the equally ambitious and hugely successful hard sci-fi book The Martian, which was adapted into a film by Ridley Scott to much critical and commercial success.
